IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for Windows, VMWare, Server, Storage, and Backup/Recovery architecture design and innovation. This role is intended to take key aspects of the Maxnet technology into a more modern and agile approach to availability and implementation, focused on cloud, hybrid cloud in addition to on-premises workloads.
Examines strategy and architecture for improvements, including performance, features, and cost optimization accountable for a robust production environment. Serves as a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader for on-premises infrastructure and it’s fit into the broader IT landscape.

Required Skills:

  1. Cloud Architecture, Networking, Configuration, Creation, Volume extension, Resizing and Migration.
  2. Managing cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations.
  3. Managing the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Providing operations support for computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests across Global locations.
  4. Windows 2016 and 2019 Data Center Edition.
  5. Microsoft Active Directory design and support.
  6. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  7. System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
  8. Proven experience in leading the delivery of assessment services, development of business cases, design solution architecture, and multi-phased, complex migration programs that address technology, people/organization, and process change.
  9. Experience with assessing, designing and implementing projects from small to very large environments with different operating systems, applications architectures and technologies.
  10. Strong writing skills able to delineate concise and structured recommendations for total solutions as well as simplifying systems architecture.
  11. Financial fluency which includes working with ROI, cost analysis, and financial statements.
  12. Ability to handle pressure critical situations with consistent calm leadership.
  13. Negotiate with vendors and contractors for infrastructure-specific products and services secure.
  14. Knowledge in compliances such as HIPPA or ISO, PCI, SOC2 will be an added advantage.


•8 to 10 years of technical experience in multiple IT infrastructure disciplines including Server Management, Patch Management, Activity Directory, Anti-Virus Management, Messaging Environment and Cloud Operations.
•2 to 3 years of experience leading team responsible for 24×7 IT infrastructure.
•ITIL extremely desirable.
