Helpdesk Support Engineer
- Good Knowledge of Linux system administrator, L1-L3 Level Technical support.
- Who will be responsible for Software installation, Implementation, Training, implementation, and Software testing.
- Customer Technical Support, sort out customers issues.
- Knowledge of Networking and SQL.
- Managing IT related requests/queries.
- Good hold on the English language and must be typing speed above 35.
- Have to be a little bit expert in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, js, PHP Languages.
- In addition to this, he/she must be a good and quick learner.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related engineering field (Masters is a plus).
